Sous l’impulsion de Charles Albert Viale, le lieu attire stars et jet-set, de Bardot à Sinatra, autour d’une cuisine simple et savoureuse. Aujourd’hui repris par le groupe Loulou, l’esprit demeure : élégance décontractée, fête et douceur de vivre. Dans un décor de Dolce Vita, on y vient déjeuner face à la mer, danser au coucher du soleil, dîner à la bougie. Produits locaux, poissons grillés, rosés frais et concerts live rythment cette parenthèse hors du temps, mêlant nature méditerranéenne et art de vivre. Le décor, fait de bois flotté et dominé par un pin parasol, prolonge l’évasion, tandis que l’atmosphère, familiale et festive, invite à s’attarder pieds nus jusqu’au bout de la nuit.

A legendary venue perched on the cliffs of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Le Pirate has embodied the spirit of the Riviera since the 1960s : sunshine, azure seas and carefree glamour. Under the leadership of Charles Albert Viale, the venue attracted stars and the jet set – from Bardot to Sinatra – with its simple, delicious cuisine. Now taken over by the Loulou group, the spirit remains: relaxed elegance, celebration and the good life. In a setting straight out of La Dolce Vita, guests come to enjoy lunch overlooking the sea, dance at sunset and dine by candlelight. Local produce, grilled fish, chilled rosé and live music set the tone for this timeless escape, blending Mediterranean nature with the art of living. The décor, crafted from driftwood and dominated by a stone pine, extends the sense of escape, whilst the family-friendly and festive atmosphere invites you to linger barefoot until the end of the night.
