L’APOGÉE COURCHEVEL, THE HEIGHT OF ALPINE GLAMOUR

In the heart of the Jardin Alpin in Courchevel 1850, L’Apogée combines a passion for skiing with the elegance of a mountain residence. Overlooking the peaks, this Palace hotel offers a welcoming retreat where days on the slopes give way to exceptional dining or moments of relaxation at the La Prairie Spa. The hotel now reveals a new look: reimagined by Kelly Wearstler, its restaurants and bar showcase the culinary vision of Executive Chef Romain Antoine. A fresh expression of the Alpine art of living.

A RETREAT OVERLOOKING THE PEAKS

Designed with the warmth of a family home, L’Apogée places comfort and privacy at the heart of every stay. After a day in the snow, rooms and suites offer a soothing retreat, wrapped in soft textures, from cashmere and sumptuous furs to cosy throws. The chalets and penthouse take the experience further, with exclusive features ranging from private spas to a rooftop hot tub. These spaces invite families and friends to enjoy the mountains in an atmosphere that is both elegant and restful.

A NEW VISION OF ALPINE LUXURY

For her first hotel project in Europe, Kelly Wearstler has reimagined the dining spaces, drawing inspiration from Brutalist architecture and the landscapes of the French Alps. Dark stone, Alpine woods and natural fabrics create sculptural interiors where contemporary boldness meets the warmth of a mountain retreat. This vision continues in Romain Antoine’s cuisine. The Chef creates an inventive menu centred on exceptional ingredients and imaginative flavour combinations, while celebrating generosity and the pleasure of sharing.

L’APOGÉE CLUB, TOGETHERNESS THROUGHOUT THE DAY

From breakfast to evening drinks, L’Apogée Club sets the rhythm of the stay. At lunchtime, French cuisine highlights local, seasonal produce. After skiing, hot chocolate and homemade pastries bring a comforting sweetness to the afternoon. As evening falls, the Bar Lounge serves cocktails and refined bites in an intimate atmosphere, accompanied by live piano and vocals. A welcoming place to gather and linger.

BEEFBAR COURCHEVEL, CELEBRATING EXCEPTIONAL MEATS

Set within the Palace hotel, Beefbar offers a distinctive dining experience in interiors designed by Kelly Wearstler. Kobe beef, Black Angus and Wagyu take centre stage on a menu celebrating some of the world’s finest meats, accompanied by mashed potatoes in a variety of flavours and signature sauces. House favourites sit alongside refined street food: Croque Sando, Beefy Cordon Bleu, Wagyu pappardelle, Mini Smashed Burgers, Bao Buns and Crab Tacos. A generous approach to dining, enjoyed in a warm and elegant setting.

CIGAR LOUNGE, A PRIVATE ESCAPE

Deep sofas, velvet armchairs and a fireplace create the intimate setting of the Cigar Lounge. Enthusiasts can explore a selection of exceptional cigars, complemented by fine wines and rare spirits. A discreet retreat where taking one’s time becomes a pleasure in itself.

SPA L’APOGÉE BY LA PRAIRIE, THE ART OF UNWINDING

After the exhilaration of the slopes, Spa L’Apogée by La Prairie invites guests to slow down. In serene surroundings, the expertise of La Prairie treatments meets the comforting embrace of an Alpine sanctuary. A moment devoted to beauty and wellbeing, restoring balance and enhancing every stay.
