THE ART OF MOVEMENT
Combining exceptional hospitality with innovative entrepreneurship, Terence Turchi-Fridrici has charted a course guided by a focus on people, boldness, and a passion for challenges.
After several years in the hospitality industry, how do you view your career path?
Hospitality has been a major part of my life, from opening a restaurant in Nice to launching beach clubs in Miami and Pampelonne. Beyond the challenges of a demanding industry, what I remember most are the people I’ve met. They’ve taught me that success depends above all on communication, active listening, and the constructive exchange of ideas.
Tell us about this other business venture you’ve been working on for some time now…
Through Montblanc Capital, we offer our clients, whether B2B or individual, a technical platform that allows them to mine their own cryptocurrency under their exclusive control. This approach provides autonomy, transparency, and a short, medium, or long-term investment strategy.
What motivates you to step outside your comfort zone?
It’s a deep-seated need for me. When I was 20, I moved to China for four years to join a sourcing company. For me, staying in my comfort zone limits my growth. I need change, new experiences, and challenges. It’s when I’m facing the unknown that I feel most alive.
You’ve been a partner of SO Magazine for several years. Why have you remained loyal to the magazine?
I have long appreciated SO Magazine’s editorial direction, as well as the team behind this wonderful communication platform. This loyalty is based on the quality of our interactions, the professionalism of the teams, and a genuine long-term vision.
